Once you have looked over the quote, you can contact us to arrange a free site survey. We will meet with you at your chosen venue to assess the site, and go over your requirements in more detail. After which, we will send you a bespoke quotation together with a CAD drawing showing the proposed marquee layout.
Booking your Marquee:
When you are ready to book your marquee with us, we will send you our booking form for completion along with our terms and conditions of hire. At this point a £250 deposit is payable to secure your date and equipment as quoted. On receipt of the completed booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking with you.
When organising your event, no matter what the size, there are always some changes to be made, sometimes at the last minute, and we will always work with you to accommodate any changes where possible. All we require is that any changes are made two weeks prior to your event.
Final Requirements and Payment:
We will send you a full breakdown of all the equipment booked two weeks before your event for you to check over, and for you to make sure that you have ordered everything you need. We will then send you our final invoice to be paid prior to the delivery of your marquee.
Erection and Dismantling:
We will arrange with you and your venue the best day to set up your marquee. As a guide, for a Saturday event we will erect the marquee on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, and dismantle on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. If your venue has time restrictions, we will work with you both to arrange suitable times for erection and dismantling.
